Management will go to bat for me when projects go awry Other engineers are knowledgeable and helpful Consistent focus on process improvement

Cons

The teams are very separate in terms of process and culture, bringing together engineers and team histories from a half dozen different mergers has made it difficult to collaborate

Good coworkers. Everyone willing to help and really nice. 9/80 schedule with unlimited PTO.

Cons

Culture has really changed in last year due to many changes in management. Too many new directors and VPs are coming from one of our largest customers which has caused a 180 in the company culture and there’s been a ton of turnover the past year. Inorganic growth that can’t be sustained has really put a damper on overworked employees morale and meeting deadlines that shouldn’t have been set to begin with.
