      Overworked and Weak Leadership

      Pros

      A lot of learning from all the pain and +60 hour work weeks. Not the place for work/life balance. Met some good people.

      Cons

      It is clear that Mercury Systems needs to narrow its focus in order to survive. The company has invested millions of dollars in capital equipment, but it will be difficult to run efficiently without key production, engineering, and IT staff.

      I was always treated fairly by my manager. Pay was very fair in comparison to other high tech companies. Working conditions were good.

      A very disorganized company. I worked here many years and it just seemed to get more disorganized as they grew,
