      Pros

      THE PEOPLE! While I've only been with Mercury Systems for a short time, the people are amazing! Mercury truly cares for its employees! They want employees to grow and develop and provide pathways to success.

      Cons

      As the company continues to grow, new (and better) systems/processes need to be implemented. Currently, there is a lot of manual work that could be automated to make processes more seamless and less room for error.

      I was contacted by Jennifer McEwen for a phone interview. Jennifer made the interview a very pleasant experience. After receiving and accepting the job offer, I was completely surprised on a Saturday morning when I received a very nice fruit basket with a note saying "Welcome to Mercury". In my entire 35+ yr. career with many companies, I've never received such a warm welcome from an new employer. This was amazing!
