Pros

Good group of co-workers who, in general, support each other and collectively work together. Flexibility to change working hours with co-workers.

Cons

Constant overstaffing sometimes resulting in understaffing. Mandating availability to come to work (as part of their overstaffing policy) without the benefit of on-call pay. Sending employees home in the middle of their shifts...............allowing them to show up to work then sending them home etc., Absolutely no respect or courtesy toward the employees! Long history of inadequate management which negatively impacts all who work under these managers!
