Great office staff! Management is always open to new ideas and improvements in the company. Staff is friendly helpful and respectful. Fun and open office environment. Communication channels are open even with 4 different sectors and 2 offices. Very happy in my position here! Great company to work for.

Cons

Mercy Plus is growing very rapidly, due to the rapid growth we are constantly training new staff for new positions.

Pros

Room for promotion if work hard and have a positive attitude, encouraged to get involved and voice opinions, offer suggestions, participate on committees etc...lots of good ppl to work with making it fun to work there

Cons

Very active grapevine keeps rumors of layoffs, reduction in pay raises, mandatory change of some sort etc.... circulating which increases anxiety and decreases employee morale. I said rumors but the grapevine is at least 85 % accurate if not more!
