      Pros

      There is a lot of leadership positions which allows for delegation of tasks more appropriately and sensibly from what I have seen. Benefits are really good here too from what I have seen and experienced.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, due to how top heavy everything seems, the little man's issue is not always acknowledged.
