Pros

The co-workers will keep you going and are some of the nicest people on earth. They always have each others backs and you will make new lifelong best friends and that is the ONLY reason I gave them more than 1 star.

Cons

Most Mid and upper management along with HR are a terrible joke at this facility. Hiring a department manager with zero experience in management or in how a department needs to be ran is never a good idea, keeping them in a leadership position is suicide! They are much too busy having meetings with each other to do their jobs or work in their departments to the point they shove their work off ( right down to managing their workers) off on select department coworkers with little to zero experience as a department leader. With the exception of a select few departments, management can not be bothered to even help out by moving a pen to lessen work load much less pull a shift. No communication. At all. One department has lost more than half of their staff in the last 6 months all due to their manager.

Pros

Easy work. Always got forty hours of work. An hour for lunch break. Close to home and easy commute. The Drs. and Nurses are great!

Cons

A lot of "catty" behavior in the clinics. Bickering over petty things like who is going to take their lunch break first by the people working the front desks and phones. Silly. Pay and medical could be better too.

Pros

Decent insurance. Overall everyone is nice but it gets old hearing the chaplins sing every morning on the intercoms.

Cons

The pay is terrible. Even the nurses don't get paid enough for what they do. HR is rude. We're treated like we're expendable.
