Pros

Great people, benefits, decent pay

Cons

Don't get hurt at work. Got my back hurt from doing the work. The people in charge of employee health told me quite literally that even though the job was hurting me that they would not cover it. Lost my faith in the hospital and felt so unappreciated and disposable as an employee. Had to pay for my own medical care. People at the clinic where I went for treatment were shocked that my employer would abandon their workers like that.
