      Human resources is very unfortunately unhelpful.

      Cons

      Very chaotic work place. No experience nurses. This place is run by fresh grads or agency nurses.

      Great coworkers and wonderful hours. Enjoy one on one with patients.

      Cons

      They are cutting staff because of budget. They are adding more work with less employees making it difficult to keep up consistently. We no longer have bonuses and yearly raises are about 2%.

      We have great team work on the critical care floor. This is a great place to learn and expand ones knowledge as a critical care nurse.

      Cons

      Critical care nursing can be a very stressful experience due to the fact that ones situation is always changing. The RN must always be flexible to ongoing changes of the patients care.
