Pros

The doctors at the hospital are wonderful people and great to work with.

Cons

The nursing culture is horrendous! The company has an anti-bullying/harassment policy.However, they do not live up to it because I went to my manager and her boss three times about a hostile environment/bully situation and nothing was ever done about it. I ended up quitting my job. Also, the pay is garbage.

Monday-Friday schedule, off on certain holidays when clinic is closed, flexibility for taking off for appointments when needed

Cons

Understaffed, no assistance from office management, must use PTO to cover holidays clinic is closed, never leave on time, no bonus like other staff members get (ex. MA’s get quarterly bonuses but nurses don’t?)
