Pros

Overall positive environment. Physicians and staff are friendly- more than in previous experiences for me.

Cons

Work-life balance takes a large hit. APPs are "valued", but I was told the focus of my role was to be financially valuable for physicians and the organization. I agree this is important but it took the wind out of my sails to hear it stated this way.

The people are really amazing. You will definitely feel appreciated by your coworkers. The work itself can be rewarding.

Cons

Management. Does. Not. Care. They don't care about the nurses, about the patients, about you reading this. They only care about money.
