Pros

401k and Dental insurance. Health insurance tho it increases in cost reducing take home pay. Day one coverage. Other good perks. Adoption assistance. Community discounts at local businesses. Including dining. Etc

Cons

Insurance goes up with raises. "Nice" the new program counting every second is unreasonable and people self included couldn't take it. You can't provide cs and be on the dot. This is healthcare. Be reasonable. We are humans not bots. Also. Figure out how to stop letting people go ea yr. It amplifies stress. It's not a great business model. it's just sad.

Pros

Tuition reimbursement, Mercy’s Covid response and preparedness was great, Diverse culture

Cons

Do not expect to move up the leadership ladder. Degree’s, experience, hard work and leading projects is not how you get noticed and promoted with Mercy. Opportunity is given to intern’s or senior leadership connections. Paid Holidays are with your own PTO. Keeping clinics staffed at adequate ratios is a struggle. Chronic understaffing. Pay is less than local similar local hospital systems.
