Pros

Pro's are the pay and hours. Lots of discounted things you could look into if interested. Benefits are okay.

Cons

No kind of Christmas bonus or any bonus really. No overtime allowed. The environment feels very business type. Most of the providers are real serious and no kind of joking whatsoever. Not so much of a relaxed feel. Could be due to the cultural differences within the Mercy network.

Pros

Mercy is a good company to work for. Good benefits and great company culture. They pride themselves on treating coworkers with respect and kindness. Patient Access is a good entry level position to get your foot in the door. The company likes to hire from within and you can easily transfer to other departments.

Cons

No sick days, your holidays come out of your PTO and you can't have more than 4 absences in a year or you get written up.
