      Pros

      A lot of very hard working coworkers.the boots on the ground people are skilled but do not get recognition they deserve.

      Cons

      Director level and above are heartless. They do not support the leaders of manager and below. HR is horrible. They are so afraid of lawsuits they do not do what's right. The coworkers doing the work are not the coworkers being paid their worth. The Sisters are so out of the loop, you have to wonder if they are aware of what's going on.

      Pros

      This job enables you to work from home which is fantastic for all sorts of reasons and the paid time off is nice as well.

      Cons

      Management has very little voice and almost no direction/training is given. When I started I didn't receive any training after reaching out to management numerous times. I finally scheduled my own training with fellow co-workers. Everyone is told something different. Even leadership is not on the same page. It took 2 years for survey results to be released and so far the attempt to improve work conditions has been less than half-hearted. The company puts on a good face, but overall ethics and morals do not exist if you make no attempt to ensure that you are billing the patient the appropriate amount.
