Pros

One of the best places to work in Northwest Arkansas. Great values, fair pay, non-profit company religious (Catholic) based. Generally care about co-workers.

Cons

As any business must do, changes have to happen in order to cut expenses to survive in the heathcare field. Jobs have been cut at times and possibly will be in the future.

Great Place to Work

Pros

Absolutely wonderful culture to work in-feels like a family more than a work environment. Supportive leaders who are dedicated to and proud of the Mercy mission and values. Coworkers are allowed to problem solve and create solutions rather than escalate things up. Healthcare is a challenging field to work in at times, but Mercy is doing a lot of work to transform the way it is delivered and provide better care to our patients.

Cons

Pay is not as high as some other health systems in St. Louis
