      Pros

      Large integrated healthcare network of hospitals large and small with integrated physician network. Located in Missouri, Ark and Okla. Hospitals provided excellent care with compassion. Emphasis on caring and compassion for patients. Patients come first and co-workers are graded on that.

      Cons

      Corporate medicine. Lots of requirements and regulations. Mostly performance measures which is tied to bonus. Lots of committee work also.

      I worked in the pension department, and as an intern I had the the opportunity to work with a lot of great people. The hours were also very flexible.

      Cons

      The pay seemed low, and there were times were there was a lot of clerical work to be done.
