      Pros

      Co-workers care for each other & the patient's and do their best. Mercy Mocha. Kid's cafe. Inside work. Pretty Christmas trees at Christmastime.

      Cons

      The lowest pay around. All bedside caregivers in ugly black scrubs. Increasing insurance cost, always short-staffed, lots of traveling nurses & new nurses because all the locals leave for better pay.

      Mercy is becoming too corporate. They don't care about the growth of the individuals that work for them, they only care about the growth of the company.
