Pros

Mercy is a great place to be a RRT. I have had an extensive amount of training and experience being a RRT at Mercy. Mercy has the highest values and best regards to patient care and overall experiences.

Cons

Benefits are not the best for a medical care facility, feel as though this should be a more important perk.

Pros

Clean hospital, the resources they provide the nurses to make their job easier are excellent. I've been in hospitals with less than stellar resources. Nice co-workers, every one works as a team. Issues are addressed with upper management, but don't seem to be taken seriously.

Cons

PTO is great, except that you usually have to use it to make up for being called off due to low census. As an LPN, you are the first to be called off. It's a great job other than being called off or being forced to come in and work as a tech instead.

Pros

Team. Work. We shared the culture of yes. Not only yes to our patients but also to each other. It encouraged to remind all of us the core values.

Cons

The hospital was closed by the group that owned it. I believe if given more time our leaders had great day plans to helped the community as well as the VETS.
