      Stagnant pay for front office

      Pros

      Stable company, good insurance benefits, convenient locations, transfer options, PTO, ESB bank

      Cons

      Minimal or no raises, uniforms are not supplied, in contrast back office gets cola checks 2ce/year, uniform vouchers and has higher salary caps. Front office gets nothing plus low wages even with a degree. Dealing with insurance and disgruntled patients isn't easy.

      Great company but individual leaders are hit or miss.

      Pros

      Quality of systems, project management, and overall communication. Overall a great company to work for but direct management could be great or so so.

      Cons

      Departmental communication and leadership is inconsistent. Annual review process, performance incentives and salary increases are sub-par.
