Pros

They have good focus on their goals and the service they provide. They work hard at becoming even better in all areas, patient care, financial, communication, etc. There is a lot of involvement at the Vice President level on strategic level, including all locations across 4 states. They have also focused on including managers and directors from multiple locations on work teams as appropriate. The pay and benefits are in line with similar positions in this community. Overall, I enjoyed working for this company very much.

Cons

Decision making can be very paternalistic and levels below Vice President do not participate in the meetings where strategic direction is set. They have utilized a reduction in force 3 times in the last 3 years to manage labor expenses.

Pros

Health conscious programs encourage healthy living and paid time off accrues quickly

Cons

Advancement on the corporate end of things depends heavily on WHO you know, not WHAT you know.
