Pros

Helping patients receive prompt and quality care. Locations conveniently located throughout the area. Having opportunity to learn about many areas and expand on experience within the company.

Cons

Leadership failing to recognize the worth of employees and making no effort to do so results in the top performers searching for other employment.

Pros

Great values, co-workers are very helpful. The process of hiring was very professional, interview was not too difficult, training was adequate, the beginning was great. Guidelines were easy to follow, to understand. Great

Cons

Health benefits are very costly, hourly rate is low. A lot of work for that money. there are many co-workers who worked not too hard and you would end up finishing it up. Since you are working under the nurse's command, personal connections are vital, up to the point where if you do not know people they will not help you.
