Pros

The ability to work from home full time.

Cons

- Extremely low wages & they will make up reasons to not give you a raise - Management is condescending, non-responsive, clueless, and gives obvious preferential treatment to the worker’s they consider their favorite - Unrealistic workflow numbers, which managers ignore unless they hear about it from someone above them - Policies are never clear, management doesn’t know the correct way of doing things - No actual training on how to decipher medical records - Management constantly gives you the runaround, it’s rare to get a straight answer
