Pros

I believe working for Mercy is a great place considering they have a highly valued principle in which they go by as an organization where one can establish a career with great benefits and compensation.

Cons

Transitioning from day shift hours into the evening shift hours conflicted much with my scheduling of having to complete and take on tasks additional to what I was needing to do at Mercy. Evening shifts are not suitable for me.

Pros

Impossible to get fired, so great job security. Most people are very nice

Cons

Management protects their jobs very carefully. Unwilling/afraid to make the right choice when it contradicts other management
