Pros

I really like working here. When I first started everyone was really nice and helpful. They are all about patient care and all are extremely focused and determined. Mercy as a unit is an amazing facility everyone is very intelligent and ready to help one another.

Cons

the only challenges i can say from my experience was the training was horrible. This was my first hospital job in my field and I feel as if they threw me to sharks. I spent 6 weeks training but basically was shadowing and following another coworker around. Plus I was training on day shift and i was going to be working evenings and it's 2 different jobs. If they could handle that aspect this place would be a A++.
