Pros

Patient-oriented, customer service driven and friendly administration. Pay and benefits are fair, but it takes a long time to make a competitive wage compared to other therapy companies in our area.

Cons

Not many opportunities offered by Mercy for professional growth. Mercy does not offer an annual stipend for CEUs, license/certification dues.

Pros

Your work schedule is flexible and there are lots of opportunities for overtime. The people that I work with are supportive and positive.

Cons

The 12 hour shifts can sometimes be exhausting. The raises are not great.
