      Pros

      its a very family oriented place to work. Or at least for the contingent people it is. They really do do their best to fir your schedule and everything you need

      Cons

      they will fire on so fast. online booking is a pain because they process the request so fast so you cant even change your mind.

      Mercy has a very friendly, supportive culture focused on providing excellent service to our patients. We are passionate about our mission to serve. We provide outstanding patient care.

      Cons

      The culture is friendly and supportive, but also clumsy. It's often difficult to get simple things done. Salaries may be on par for clinical workers, but are below industry averages for IT.

      Pros

      Impressive Critical Care units. Competent Physicians. Tuition Reimbursement. Co-workers are okay, same as anywhere else.

      Cons

      The administration is completely out of touch with the clinical staff. Supplies/Staffing budget cuts coincide with demands for better patient care/satisfaction (upon which annual raises are based). Employee "benefits" package is gutted by administration citing economic downturn, while top-level executive compensation packages skyrocket.
