Pros

There is an excellent culture of help in the lab. People are patient, kind, and willing to help when you need it (within reason).

Cons

This is an extensive hospital system there is constant pressure to make time for blood draws and the higher-ups are only concerned about money. It is frustrating when you care about your patients and are being told how to do your job in a more coast effective manner rather than focusing on your patient's comfort.

Pros

Flexible hours and nice group of people to work with.

Cons

Most workers are underpaid and workers that fulfill adequate hours are still not considered Part-time to receive benefits.

Pros

With it being a small hospital it was nice because you were able to get to know majority of the staff.

Cons

With the recent covid epidemic the hospitals, not only mercy over valued their traveling staff rather than the staff that was actually employed by them and dedicated to them.
