Benefit package, great coworkers, convenient location.

Cons

Management constantly piles more and more work onto your duties without even considering increasing compensation. We were without a manager for a year, during that time I was asked to take on quite a few of the responsibilities. I had documentation of all the tasks I was doing on top of my surgery scheduling role and used that to ask for an increase in pay. I was immediately told no and they wouldn’t even consider it.

Surgeons are great to work with, call time isn’t horrible, and floating isn’t often.

Cons

Hours aren’t that great. Call response could be a paid the minute we get the cal.
