Pros

They have a lot of cool things to show those looking to get into a field of medicine offering IV training and chemo-therapy training.

Cons

Very little training was done and was rushed. The amount of money they cap at and the benefits are not enough for their employees but being in IA may be a part of the issue.

Pros

Nothing was good there except my coworkers

Cons

MercyOne does not care about you or their patients.

Pros

Pros are having the ability to make a difference for a patient. The hospital itself is pretty and always has armed police officers so you will feel safe. Some food options plus a Starbucks. That’s about it.

Cons

Management is awful. They will gaslight and manipulate you. The people who are supposed to train you will act like you are the biggest burden to them. Not the best learning experience, unwelcoming and toxic work environment.
