High quality executive team and Board were available and open to new ideas and willing to discuss the merits and pitfalls of new projects. Vision was key but the strategy needed to remain with the limits of the industry compliance. Opinions were valued and revenue generating actions were nicely rewarded.

Cons

Internal differences tended to delay deliverables.
