Cons

This was the worst Medical Device company I have ever worked at. I will say if your an attractive woman RUN!!! Men that work here especially upper management are all perverts! Working here is like a soap opera. While the Rich get Richer the Poor gets Poorer! Their equipment is all outdated. The training is terrible.

Great technical support group, most people outside of sales and marketing are competent

No ladder to climb, terrible inexperienced marketing group, technology is very outdated and will never keep up with new molecular technology

It was a job. It gave me valuable experience on how not to trust HR, management, and co-workers.

Cons

Sexual harassment overlooked. No advancement unless you are part of the good ole boys golf club. Upper management (operations) intimidation. Hostile and racist work environment. Document falsification.
