Some teams are fun to work with.

Cons

bad incentives, low salaries, low vacations, focus on money instead of keeping people. Each time you ask something, management makes you feel cheap for asking. No place for negociation.

Manager likes to cut corners, he doesn't really care about the well-being of his employees and forces them to work in conditions worse than a sweatshop. Employees breathe in unhealthy rodent air and none of the instruments or containers are sterilized and cleaned like they're supposed to be,
