Pros

Meridian has come a long way in Tomball. The management team is great to work with and I would recommend working there and sending your loved one for Assisted Living and Memory Care. It's a great place to work!!

Older community really needs upgrades.

if your lips aren't brown, you are an outcast! unless you are a relative, then you are in, even if you are dumb as dirt. . As an employee, you will always be the one having to look at the underside of a bus. Run far far away from this unethical, lying, stealing company..

almost none. This Company is almost privately owned so the partners only care about how much money can they earn. They pay staff accountant next to nothing.

Cons

low pay. No one cares about what you have done but what you haven't done yet.
