The home office is small, and it's easy to get to know everyone. The accounting and human resources staff members are friendly and inviting.

Cons

The management of the company is getting better. However, the company has grown less quickly than it could have because of lack of experience among the management.

A true work family where you can be your authentic self, empowered, coached, & trusted. Transparent & generous leaders. 5 years in & I still feel like a kid in a candy shop.

Cons

Corporate support is not top-heavy which some may not like. Personally I take an extreme ownership mindset in my leadership style so it's better for me.
