Pros
Meridianlink, a public company is a good company overall to be apart of , good team environment, fair pay but there have been lots of major changes in a last few years since going public.
Cons
One must be able to communicate well , problem solve quickly and know how to respond to clients at times and if you are unable to its easy to fall behind. High turnover at times as the position was very challenging and difficult, but perfect doable. Many left the company over not feeling supported.
