I have been with Meritage just over a year and really enjoy it. Our executive and senior teams are top notch, ethical and really know how to drive the business. I love my team (direct reports and peers) and how collaborative and hard working they all are. Although I was not running from my previous employer, I am very glad I made the decision to join Meritage.

Cons

This business drives hard and is not for everyone. There are politics that you need to navigate but that's no different than other organizations.
