      Pros

      Management cared about their employees. Training was emphasized. There were opportunities to grow and advance your career.

      Cons

      Hectic pace at times, but I've learned it's like that everywhere.

      Very collaborate culture

      Pros

      I've worked for a lot of large corporations, but this one has the best culture. It is highly collaborative, ethical and supportive. It is innovative and very supportive of its employees. I love it here!

      Cons

      The only cons are that it is a lean organization, but because of the way employees are treated everyone just makes it work. Long hours but great benefits!
