      Pros

      The Atlanta division is a great team with great management. They want to build the best house, and it is a lot of diligent work to do so. Be ready to work hard. You'll be part of a team that works just as hard and we support each other.

      Cons

      Pay is almost static. They say raises are "industry standard" which sounds like collusion to me, but the starting salary is pretty good. Take that for what it's worth.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working at Meritage Homes. I learned a lot about the homebuilding process in the time that I worked there. They also have a great cultural motto.

      Cons

      Working on days off but it’s not a big deal when you’re doing work that you enjoy. They make the sales process “competitive” they didn’t allow the agents to be partners and share commissions but you would have to help out other sales agents customers and hope you will receive the same courtesy. Although they have a great written company culture and motto, it should be more engrained in the actual practices.
