Pros

Very flexible and fun work environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork. You are not micro managed and are encouraged to extend your skills/capabilities outside of specific job function. Location is great and the people you work with are extremely friendly.

Cons

There are days where you do find yourself putting in 10-11 hours of work, but your team works with you to re-align workload. Benefits are not the greatest and there aren't many "mommy friendly" options as the company currently does not offer maternity leave, you have to use up PTO and Short Term Disability time.

Pros

Spray foam in attics as standard. That is about it. Corp. In Arizona Runs all divisions expect what the manager wants to change to benefit himself.

Cons

Very micro-managed company. Systems suck. Drive all over town everyday. Manager has no clue what's he's doing. He's like a puppet and a record player asking same questions over and over again. Felt like I should've recorded myself and just played the same answer. Does whatever the homeowner or buyer wants. Doesn't matter if its correct or how much it costs the company. No trust in employees to make the right decision and have to get sign offs on EVERYtHING!!! Before it will be completed in system. Has to go through the office on everything too. Sucks that you can't just work and do the job you were hired for.
