      Potentially very positive, but company management seemed very disjointed.

      Pros

      Salary was fine, bonuses were fine, product was potentially excellent. Good health benefits with generous time off. Hours were decent.

      Cons

      Management was very petty, focused on personal issues real and imagined more than business. Favoritism was a problem with regard to work distribution. Some managers acted like military police without reason - simply from habit. Scheduling system was ineffective.
