Pros

Most of the people here truly care about doing a good job and are good at what they do. The product truly is high quality and I feel good that we lead the industry in quality and energy efficiency.

Cons

There are lots of goals to achieve but if sales are down or the share price is down it can be a tense environment. As a public homebuilder it's always about meeting the end of quarter and end of year goals so earnings per share can remain high.

Pros

land positions, capital funding, training program, top of the market energy efficient features

Cons

force fed policies from out of state upper management team, limited plans (regional), no changes to existing plans, stress to make closings/starts and sales each month and especially at the end of a quarter.
