      Pros

      Work side by side with smart, caring, dedicated employees. Think about you as a person not a number Size of organization where you feel like a small family and can get ideas and initiatives approved rather than just stuck in the mud

      Cons

      Action packed and things move quickly, this really is a pro but know some people struggle with the pace of this organization.

      Pros

      Great culture, seems to flow from the top down. They back up core values with actions. Processes in place and overall well organized. At my division the right people are in the right seats and leadership is very transparent. I'm always proud to say I work for Meritage Homes.

      Pros

      The culture here is beyond amazing! My colleagues have all been so welcoming and willing to help and support me in my role here. Teamwork is alive and well at Meritage and I have felt supported and part of the team since day one by not only my division but company wide. We work hard but we are also rewarded with autonomy and fun.

      Cons

      I would not say it is a con per se but know homebuilding is a very busy and demanding industry so you will definitely hit the ground running from day one but also never be bored!
