My immediate team was great Individual branch managers are great Benefits are on par with other credit unions

Cons

Management above the individual branch managers speak highly of employees contributions and value but will then gaslight and devalue those employees if they are seeking advancement CEO likes to talk about how great the company is doing financially but the pay structure is causing employees quality of life to degrade No consistency on discipline Hourly wage is on par with the market but incentives greatly underperform Do not ask for a raise, they will go into defense mode
