Toxic management, terrible transparency, will burn you out.

Not equitable in the ways of advancement and wages. As someone who has worn many hats within the organization and seeing how vastly different each department (if you will) is ran and managed, it’s just terrible. Pay is below market - career growth comes with hidden agendas. Often times a position is open but the hiring manager already has a candidate picked out without giving other an opportunity. Lack of diversity. You get a good mix down at the bottom of the totem pole, the higher you climb up the whiter it gets. Some leadership like I mention is phenomenal, others though - do not match the core values at all and it’s hard to really tell what Meritrust values when there are certain people in leader ship who do not radiate the values but are rewarded anyways with growth and acknowledgment.
