Toxic management,use of intimidation tactics towards agents, blatant favouritism, management gossip like they are in high school, lack of proper training for work- load. Don't work there!!!

Mostly Genuine Employees Benefits Good Location Nice Break Rooms Involved in the Community

Cons

Upper Managements Goal is not to be help but to see how much you can take before you break. Not understanding of life outside of work. Very short training. The Real Estate Departments role is to collect from all parties documents, clear underwriting conditions, prepare closing docs, disburse and fund the loan. Other institutions have these as all different departments not one person doing it all... for very little pay.
