Not a lot of opportunity to move up, tend to hire exterior applicants.

Good benefits packages - even for PT Wellness program and incentives are great Family oriented company Lots of great coworkers Can be flexible with employees about time off

Cons

No room for advancement- can be stuck in same position for yrs Will look at external sources before internal when filling jobs. Too pushy with products sales, must meet sales quotas--trying to be like bank of america. Two week Training needs to be greatly improved. The training department needs to see what each job really does on daily basis to improve.
