In Some Team manager are hiding flaws in team. They start playing blaming gain. If you are skillset is A, you will get the project of skillset B i.e challenging. Resource mapping is not correct.

Amazing people, very social and there’s a big emphasis put on social events and getting people together. Very flexible with coming to the office, and they offer flexible bank hols so you can save a bank holiday day to use whenever you want. They also offer a birthday day and 3 wellness days per year, so you end up having 7/8 weeks worth of holidays per year. Also offer 1 month unpaid leave per year if you want it. Can work outside of Spain (within the EU) 20 days per year.

Cons

No clear career progression, below average pay and benefits are good but not amazing (aside from the holidays)
