Sometimes Expectations and work schedules are very demanding There are some bad managers Sometimes you get stuck in a job and its hard to move out. Too many reorgs

1. This company is all about making money...they do not worry about their employees 2. Higher managers lie, indulge in big talks, but they only care is numbers 3. They have too many all hands meetings in which all they talk is what is the profit and what is the budget, not many times in my 2 year stay in Merkle, they have talked about how to help employees to grow? how to improve working condition? 4. They froze the salary hike, but kept on buying other companies (telling their employees that they did not pay anything for the companies they bought) 5. They were making double digit profit, but kept the salary freeze 6. They terminated senior managers and senior guys who had worked hard to help this company grow citing attitude as the issue...they cut people so that they can hire cheaper employees and take advantage of the poor job market...the wanted everyone to be loyal, but they have no loyalty towards their employees 7. There is lots of politics in the company as the managers are focused on number game 8. Benefits sucks 9. They keep changing the structure and keep doing the opposite of what they say in the meetings 10. They opened a branch in China so they can cut people in USA and get cheap work done from China 11. Guys who talk more or the ones who likes to salute their boss are taken care of
