Pros

Decent hours (depending on how fast your team is)

Poor management. Employees are not treated well. The office never replaced equips and always bought stuff the broke all the time. Coworkers were unprofessional and unkind. Very often, I would not know what my day looked like until it was time to leave for our first house. They threatened to take the cost of my uniform out of my final pay check (which is illegal in my state. They can only ask for a deposit before giving the uniforms in the beginning). The office was constantly full of gossip and people were often put down. Don’t fall for their “we care about you” front that they put up in the interview and training. They show their true colors quickly.
