Pros

It's a small company and there is lots of room for advancements and promotions. You are off work on the weekends and for all major holidays. The starting pay is great compared to similar companies. The hours are full-time and flexible. It's a great work environment with less 50 employees.

Cons

Weather can sometimes make the job less enjoyable and when you are short staffed the job is always harder.
